Stephen Kircher, senior resort industry executive. As president of Boyne Resorts’ operations in Michigan, Montana, Maine, New Hampshire, and Tennessee, Kircher oversees annual sales well over $200 million. Each and every one of his resorts features a healthy local adaptive sports program, supporting the local community of established athletes as well as newcomers to each sport. A lifelong skier, Kircher also serves as president of the National Ski Areas Association (NSAA) and is a Board Member of the National Ski Hall of Fame.
